Pinkies Collections offers a standard 3-7 Shipping Days on all Asia Merchandise Orders, a 7 days for US and UK merchandise orders. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

Packaging

Your orders are delivered in our standard packaging of USPS or other local couriers for Asia.

PLEASE NOTE: Products containing Alcohol are subject to a dangerous goods fee when shipped by air. Use a ground-based shipping method to not pay this fee. Please be advised all Canadian orders are subject to additional Customs/Duty Fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. Purchases made online will receive store merchandise credit when returned in store. Pinkies Collections reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.

This policy has been updated because due to COVID-19 and the CDC's guidelines, we cannot accept returns at this time in order to limit the transmission of this virus. Our most important priority is our health and your safety. Because of this, we will not refund credit or exchange to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
